SAP Ariba end-user training.
Practical learning for the people who carry out procurement tasks. Agree the roles, modules and workflows first; build the programme around them.
Designed around the tasks people perform.
Who it is for
Procurement officers, buyers, approvers and team leads who use SAP Ariba. We confirm the relevant roles and modules during scoping.
Before training
Participants should understand their organisation’s procurement process. Confirm the required user permissions and access to an authorised practice environment. This is end-user learning; implementation consulting and advanced administration require a separate scope.
A five-day learning pathway.
Day 1 · Orientation and sourcing
Navigate the agreed modules, map the team’s procurement process and practise the selected sourcing workflow.
Day 2 · Sourcing events and evaluation
Explore RFx events, evaluation criteria and supplier responses within the agreed end-user scope.
Day 3 · Contracts and controls
Review contract workflows, responsibilities and the controls relevant to the participant roles.
Day 4 · Procurement operations
Practise selected requisition, approval, ordering or receiving tasks in the available environment.
Day 5 · Reporting and review
Explore relevant reporting, complete a practical review and identify further learning needs with the sponsor.
This outline is adapted to the modules, permissions and priorities agreed in your proposal. It does not promise coverage of every SAP Ariba capability.
Agree what success looks like.
Learning design
Use a baseline task assessment, facilitated demonstrations, guided practice and an end-of-programme review. Define the assessment and reporting scope in the proposal.
Facilitation
Rotimi Feyisitan leads Kreivo. The proposal identifies the delivery facilitator and their relevant experience before booking.
Environment and materials
Agree who supplies the authorised software environment, which workflows can be practised, and which original job aids or materials are included. Production-system changes are outside this training scope.
Completion documentation
The proposal will specify any Kreivo-issued completion documentation and assessment criteria. This programme is not advertised as an official SAP certification or SAP certification exam. No external accreditation is implied.
Fees, dates and booking
Delivery dates, daily hours, cohort size, fees and payment milestones are agreed in the written proposal. Travel, venue, software access and applicable taxes are itemised where relevant. Changes, cancellations and any refund terms are agreed before booking.
Plan the follow-through.
A follow-up clinic, sponsor report or 90-day reinforcement package can be included in the proposal. Support hours, sessions and response arrangements are defined before booking.
