A focused first engagement

Start with one team. Prove the learning.

A scoped pilot helps you understand a capability gap before committing to a wider rollout.

Pilot outline

One workflow. A practical starting point.

  • Up to 10 participants, with roles agreed in advance.
  • One priority procurement workflow.
  • A baseline task assessment and two training days.
  • A practical job aid and end assessment.
  • One follow-up group clinic and a sponsor debrief.

These are the proposed pilot parameters. The final scope, assessment, dates and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Practical arrangements

Set expectations before delivery.

For a SAP Ariba pilot, confirm the authorised environment and available modules before booking. If the need is process training without software access, we scope that explicitly.

The proposal will specify any Kreivo-issued completion documentation and assessment criteria. This programme is not advertised as an official SAP certification or SAP certification exam. No external accreditation is implied.

Delivery dates, daily hours, cohort size, fees and payment milestones are agreed in the written proposal. Travel, venue, software access and applicable taxes are itemised where relevant. Changes, cancellations and any refund terms are agreed before booking.

Assessment improvement is a learning measure. It is not, by itself, proof of cost savings or a guarantee of business results.
